[Preview] and [Send] Buttons are on the left, how do i move it to center

Hey, my Preview and Submit button are on the left side of the screen, how would i move them to the center under the input field.



P.s Rideem why did u give me a warning on my other topic about double posting, he removed his comment, so it looked like i double posted, it even says @ForumotionBIGF...D, and if you look at the replies his comment isnt there, so he deleted it, then i get my last warning and get banned for no reason
