How do i create a mailto form?

I want to create an mailto form so when someone types into a box, and sends it, it goes to my email.

That link is a mailto section, which opens a secondary email service such as Microsoft Outlook and what not. if you want to get rid of that and have the send button work correctly and not open some sloppy secondary web mail service you can go to

its actually a really nice website and i like it alot. I use it for random forms for myself. Only thing is you can only create 5 for free. For unlimited its 20 a month or 200 a year. So just make sure you keep it under 5. hope this helps
