you cant change it since the forum is run by punbb. it's their copyright.

That setting is only there to remove our /FM's copyrights the one you are asking about is punbb copyright and not even FM have the right to remove that if you look on the bottom of this forum your see we have it aswell.

It's what we call software copyright.

So sorry but this is not aloud to be removed or you will break our TOS and your forum will be banned.

yes that can be In place it's your own copyright to your forum and its skin so yes that is fine but the copy right you was asking about must stay as
well or your site will be banned.
