FMChat dosn't Work Empty FMChat dosn't Work

I do as, as show in tutorial https://help.forumotion.com/t88458-how-to-create-a-pop-up-chat-box-fmchat but when i done it and then i visit my Forum http://stufforum.megabb.com its show just the java script i mean its dont show the pop-up FMChat please help me.....

i do not even see a link for the chat. so there is something you are missing from the tutorial. you have to activate the chat from you ACP for this to work

i don't think it works with php subsilver 3 thats why i downgraded my theme its a cool thing but just dont function right =\
