I want my avatar to change every time the page is refreshed

I found some code on how to do this...but I don't know where or what I should do when it says site root folder etc.

currently I have put the example in as my avatar and it works...but I want to create my own so that I can have my own images. As far as I can tell it looks like I will need a website area...not sure if one of the html pages would work for this...anyway if anyone can help that would be great!

My site is the following and you just need to find any topic i have posted in and then refresh it and you will see that my avatar is different...i am currently using the example avatar from the above, but I want to create my own with my own images.

i have added that changing avatar to my profile on here as well...so you can see what i mean here to!
