Forgot Founder Accounts Password

I read the forum to send a PM to a certain admin, but I am unable to send a PM because of my post count. How many posts do I need to send a PM? Where can I appropriately make the posts necessary without spamming? I would like to get my problem solved appropriately please. I simply forgot my password to my old forum because I haven't signed in for like 6 months or so.

Any help would be appreciated in regards to this.
