Solved HELP! I forgot my Founder password+

HELP! I forgot my Founder password and, I can't reset my forum called http://mhtbite.my-freeforum.com/ and I enter what I think it was but, it didn't work. pale

And I just asking when is phpBB 4.0 comes out?
