Hello,

The problem should be fixed now.

A DNS change has caused this problem. Now, the base DNS configuration has been restored.

Please clear your cache and cookies and check if this issue is fixed, as it should be.

If it's not, here are some different operations that can help to fix the issue :

• Close your browser
  
• Reboot your Internet connection
  
• Clear the DNS cache with an ipconfig/flushdns process (How to do this ?)
  
• If that still doesn't work, save your current DNS info somewhere else and try to change temporarily your DNS for the DNS provided by Google (How to do this ?)
  
  If after all these operations, you still have the loading issues, please provide us :
  
  
• The forum(s) concerned
  
• A screenshot of the error message
  
• Your ISP

I thought I had posted this already, but I don't see it.

One of my forums is down, the other one is fine though. Weird.

I am not able to connect to my forum either. My URL is www.our4tnz.com

I posted a topic in the admin panel questions but now I believe I should have posted it here.

When I enter my URL it is unable to find it. It brings up website suggestions for me. Is this some problem forumotion is having? It seems that multiple forums are not loading for people.

if you rapidly refresh your forum it will eventually come up but it only stays up for about 2-5 minutes before going back to the error page. If you absolutly need to check something try refreshing 10-20 times , ive gotten my page and a few of your pages to come up for a minute or two at a time doing this. But im still having issues attempting to change avatars as well.

Sorry for posting so many times im trying to be as descriptive of the problem as possible , the more information the better , i also thought this might help someone who had to urgently attend to something on their forum.

well, I might try that. I registered on several forumotion forums and they all don't work for me right now... they're roleplay site, it sucks that I can't get through because some people are waiting for replies... and I wanted to update one of my sites, but I'll survive

What I think funny though is the fact that all forumotion sites do not work, but this support forum. I'm glad it does, though.

It is letting me stay on for a little bit and then the problem happens again

All the three forums open fine for me.

Try this.

Start>Run
In the window that comes up type in the little box 'cmd'
then 'enter'
A window will pop up, type in
'ipconfig/flushdns'
then 'enter' again
It will report back that it has 'successfully flushed the DNS resolver cache'.

Done that, still can't view any of those forums.

Sanket, it seems like in some countries people are having trouble loading forumotion forums. Mine is working fine right now but I don't know how long it will work before it won't load again. Some of my members in other countries say they haven't had this problem at all. I'm in America. It seems like forumotion is having some kind of problem?

It just happened to me again. It said unable to connect. If it happens again I'll screenshot the unable to connect page so you can see what it says

The problem is reported now, the Tech's would be working on it. I will let you know as soon as I have some information on this.

Regret this inconvenience, but since its happening to many users. The problem seems to be for some countries.

Can you guys help me ascertain which countries are facing the problem.
If you can't open any forums, can you please post these details?
