Problem with user account

Hello,

I am an administrator on a forumotion.com page. One of our users is having a problem with his account. Everytime he makes a post he has to enter a CAPTCHA. I have to enter a CAPTCHA whenever I edit one of his posts too. Text formatting won't work for him, it won't let him change text color, size, etc. How can I fix this? He is in all of the correct groups for the forum and his account is listed as active. Thank you so much.
