I can't add a thank you button to my site. Can anyone help me please?

I can not seem to add a Thank You Button in my members profiles or mine or in the forum(s)
Maybe there is something I am doing wrong. Or maybe this feature isn't available anymore?
Can someone please help me with this. Please take me step by step because I am new to Forumotion.

Hi, what are you having trouble with exactly?

Please note that the thanks button will only appear if:

=> You have enabled it.
=> You have an image for it in the pics management.
=> You started the topic.
=> There are replies in the topic made by other members.

The thanks button can only be pressed once per topic. Only the topic starter can see the thanks button.
