Some elements of forum in different language?

Hi,
I have just made my own forum and I have noticed it is for some reason in a different language. For example, new thread is 'Nouveau', which is French.

You will need to replace that button with a button that is in English.

Thanks for your help. I think it was a glitch - all the topic buttons and images were in english on the pictures page, but I clicked save and refreshed, and it worked in English. Thank you very much!
