Advanced Users Question about Search feature and Keywords

Ok so I added the special search feature with an autocomplete jQuery added to that, got rid of the original searches and so forth. Also I added the widget for Keywords, I can use them perfectly fine, though my Manager tried using them and it says he does not have permission to use this feature, as well as my other users. I tried it on my test account and same problem.

I have heavily modded templates to keep the site fast, functional, and supportive. I may have deleted a key feature or may have not who knows I am checking this as I write. I am asking what the issue may be, I checked the widgets permission and that is marked to all except guest. Check the Search tool coding and that is fine as well.

SLG, Sanket, LG, Rideem3 any suggestions on this issue.

Now it is. I wanted it off the nav, guess Ill use a different way haha
