Why can`t I add my own smilies on my forum? Whenever I am trying to do, it says to me "Error, Non of smilies has been uploaded succesfully!

i have tried to upload it many times, but it doesn't work. Sad

I have uploaded loads to mine.
are you writing a code in th code box ,and title in the title box.
It isnt a special code just one you choose to give the smiley.
you must do this or it will fail every time.
