There are plenty of chatboxes out there. A quick search on Google will yield plenty of results. Then, grab the HTML code of one and put it in a widget or homepage message.

As explained above, we ask that you change your title to something related to your problem. If you had the same problem as this and you wanted to use the search feature, would you search 'I require assistance'? Certainly not. That's why it's important to have a descriptive title.

With regards to the Xat chatbox you mentioned, you need to grab the HTML code of it and paste it in a widget.
