How do these look, though, before I continue? You can pick which is the hover effect and which isn't, or if you want me to continue it or not at all. I'll write the code for you at the end if you want it.

In order to install it, go to your Admin Panel > Display > Pics Management > Advanced Mode > Delete all the pictures in your navbar
Then, go to AP > Display > Colors > CSS Stylesheet and paste this as the very top:

I'm fairly certain you already have these set correctly, but afterward go to your ACP > Display > Headers & Navigation > Display Only Images in the NavBar, set to YES; Force the NavBar to remain one line, set to YES
