Portal Last Topics not scrolling Empty Portal Last Topics not scrolling

I occasionally find when I go to my forum's Portal page that the Last Topics area isn't scrolling. This seems to be an intermittant problem and wonder why it is happening. I have it set up to scroll, BTW, so it isn't an issue of not knowing how to activate it.
