Solved Guests can access my forum and read info when they don't have permission

How can it be that I have set my permissions so that guests cannot see anything, yet I see guests are online and reading forums that they should not be able to access?

What do I need to change so that only members can get past the login screen.

When I go into 'Who is online' it shows Guest and location - Reading ..... forum

Nope Those settings too are set for Members only to access.
