To add to what Sanket has already said. You can request the admin of the forums to remove any and all content you've posted then you can unsubscribe. If you unsubscribe from a forumotion forum then all content will be labelled under the title of "Guest" and no personal information will be shown so nothing can link ban to you.

This is not working. It's saying: "You have specified an incorrect or inactive username, or an invalid password."
