[ask]categories is lost??

I'm trying to use a new phpBB3 theme from hitskin.com, [prosilver themes]
unfortunately, after i install it categories in my forum is lost.
just list of the forum!! where i can get back my categories??

Before install new themes :

l--Categories 1
l--forum 1.1
l--forum 1.2
l--forum 1.3
l--Categories 2
l--forum 2.1
l--forum 2.2
l--forum 2.3
l--Categories 3
l--forum 3.1
l--forum 3.2
l--forum 3.3

After Install new themes :

l--forum 1.1
l--forum 1.2
l--forum 1.3
l--forum 2.1
l--forum 2.2
l--forum 2.3
l--forum 3.1
l--forum 3.2
l--forum 3.3

please help me.. i'm a newbie in forumotion,

try going to admin panel=.General=>Homepage=>Hierarchy and try "Split categories on index :" and choose "Medium".
