Adding a line across a banned user's name (invision)

What I want to put for my forum is a line through a person's name, saying that their banned. Just like this:
Adding a line across a banned user's name (invision) Banned12

Adding a line across a banned user's name (invision) Banned12

I also wanna put it for the rank also, with a line across the rank, like this:
Adding a line across a banned user's name (invision) Banned11
