Mobile access redirecting.... Again!

This seems to be an ongoing problem that is creating a lot of disruption for users wanting to access the forum from their android/smart phones.

So FM has to contact the  3rd parties and let them know that members using 'their' forums which i would presume are a priority over the ad suppliers right? are having to deal with being forcibly redirected to porn sites which you're saying is a problem on the 3rd parties side.

Is is not possible for FM to suspend the3rd party ads involved until they resolve 'their' problem?

This would resolve the problem we, the users of the forums on FM are having to deal with and also let these 3rd parties know that until they resolve the issues 'they' have which are causing the issues FM now has, their ads will be suspended.

Are you also really suggesting that we wait up to a year dealing with porn redirections?

I am not suggesting you will have to wait up to a year, but some very minor bugs have waited upto 1 year on a resolution. I personally would not be happy if I had to wait that long. I wouldn't expect you to wait this long.

I assume that the devs have already contacted the necessary 3rd party, as this should be a matter of priority, however, the FM being French, and I can only assume the add provider is as well, means that other languages don't have as much of a priority as their own; being French.

The issue is alot more difficult to isolate, being that a very limited number of sites are experiencing this, and hasn't been reported by any other languages, for the last 2 years.

The company most likely won't suspend the contract with the 3rd party as then the company wouldn't make any money; roughly 80% of the companies income is from advertisements.

All we can do is wait for TGF, who is the Head of Devs to respond. He is an incredibly busy man. Ill try to get someone to draw some attention here.

Just to add that Jophy has received many urls from me via PM. I cannot post them on the open forum due to the nature of the websites given they are porn redirections.

You have the urls to the ads that I provided you in PMs Jophy. I'm personally not comfortable to go to the redirection of porn sites to gain screen shots, but if you're happy to do so then you already have that information provided for you to do so if this is absolutely necessary.
