Redirecting on mobile device

I have users getting redirected when he tries to access our site using a mobile device (iPhone). I am able to access from my home PC and laptop with no issues. This is what he gets:



Other users state they have experienced that problem before on mobile but it seems to come and go. There is a 'reader friendly' and 'classic' version of the forum for mobile devices. However, another user says both versions have the pop up problem and take you to a point you cannot return. Please advise? Thanks. URL is:
