Forum Locked...tried suggestions

Hi,
I went to post in my group today and can't. At the bottom I see the icon say "Forum Locked."
I read the previous post on this issue on this thread. Everything is the way it is supposed to be. I can allow new members....I am not on holiday or under construction...etc. I am not sure what to do. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hello,

Please check your forum permissions at:

1. Administration Panel (advanced mode)
2. General Tab
3. Categories and forums (on the left, under Forum)
4. Click on the permissions sign ( ) on the forum in question

Also, please click on the modify sign ( ) and see what the status is for 'Forum status'
