    It's on the forum modification Edit
    Admin Panel > General > Categories & Forums > Modify Edit > Scroll 'til you see 'Forum Rules' box
    Show rules on : Quick Reply

    but forumotion used full stop system before each rule here. How to make full stop system. And also a icon of rules (left side)

    What do you mean the full stop?

    And the table can be added by HTML codes, and styled by CSS codes.
