Solved Credits Payment Method

(HOPE I AM IN CORRECT SECTION).Is There Any Othere Way To Have Payment Method Because I Dont Have Paypal Nor AlloPass I Am From Philippines And I Want A Payment Method Like Money Transfer/ML Kuwarta Padala/Meet And Buy Other That Can Be Access Only In The Philippines?

Its currently being suggested look here (click)

My only other suggestion would be is you use PayPal and select another currency other than your own. You can use PayPal as a guest and they'll automatically work out the conversion rates to your own currency.

Its the only suggestion I have. I'm not sure about Allopass but I think the above described method is the only thing that might work.
