Solved Permissions mods (and lock topic)

Currently, when i give someone mod in one department, this person can ban users as globaly mod. Can i change this?
Same is in moderator group.

All moderators are able to ban, you can't change that option, I'm sorry.

Hello,

Unfortunately locking topics is a moderator only feature. You will not be able to give users the ability to lock their own topics.
