Hi all... i Have a user complaining that they are not seeing the notifications.
They have everything checked, just like I do, but they still don't receiving them in their email.

Can you help?

Have you tried turning it off and turn it back on?
Also, delete the browsers' cache. Maybe that might be the issue.

They aren't email notifications, they are strictly related to the forumotion toolbar. You will not get an email, they will just appear in the top right where the word "Notifications" is.

To receive email notifications on thread replies which is the only kind you can get you need to go to Profile--> Preferences --> Always notify me of replies and have that selected as yes.

You won't be sent a notification via email for Friendship Requests, Group Requests etc.

The only things you'll get is for private message, reports, and topic replies to watched topics.
