WYSIWYG editor is gone Empty WYSIWYG editor is gone

all buttons have disappeared and all smiley buttons have disappeared too. Been that way for... a month? I thought this was a problem that would fix itself but it hasn't. Help?

 Could it have soemthing to do with this: https://help.forumotion.com/t124616-new-editor-for-forumotion-forums#830008 ?
