I am an admin on the site there, and I am trying to solve an issue,  so here goes it.

We have been receiving complaints from some of our users that they are getting logged out after typing out a message, and hitting the reply button.
After typing a response to a thread topic, they click submit, only to get logged out, and some claim the message they typed was not submitted, and no longer being able to be found. 

Many are resulting to copying their text, before they hit submit.

I figured it was a cookie issue or cache issue but still some are reporting multiple log outs when replying to a thread still.

Do you have any JavaScripts? If you do, turn off JavaScript Management and see if it fixes the issue.

 Nope, no JavaScripts. 
JavaScript Management is set to off.

Did you add or modify anything right before this started?

Sometimes I'd be logged out after replying to a message, I'd hit send and find myself logged out.

  i don't recall that doing it on any other forums but may be?
Other then that all i can think of is if a member sits on the forum for a good amount of time without doing anything iot will automatically log you out of the forum.



Like say you left the computer for like an hour, cam back on then replied to a message of a post you left it on.It would log you out then.

It was reported, as you read on through-out that thread that some members on different forums were having similar if not the same issues as I described in my first post.

Like Kirk said, if you go away for say half an hour without activity on the forum then it will log you out. If you tick the box "Remember me" when signing it, this can let you stay on longer and you won't be logged out.
