when users log out of my forum it still shows them as logged in in the 'who is online?' section at the bottom of the page, for atleast 15 mins some times longer, surely as soon as they click logged out it shouldn't show in that section?

Yes atleast after a minute or so it should disappear.

Can you give a test account to check along with the forum url.

you just have to give it a little wile and the name will disappear.
it takes a lil time for everything to register and try hitting refresh or go to different pages as well.
