one of mine theres no option to im not sure how to sort it

you need to set this in forum permissions, individually for each forum. Go into admin>>>forums>>>category and forum management. Click the permissions button (looks like a cross and tick) beside each forum, and click advanced. You can then specify mods to be able to make stickies.
