How To Set Users Avatar Deafault 1

Hello sir some users not set his profile image so how to set deafault profile image.  and Its Possible To user need to change that deafault to own Image

ACP >> Display >> Avatars >>Avatar Gallery>> Avatar Management >>add your default one.
