Scrolling images script

Hello guys!
Im searching for script that makes scrolling images on the sides of the forum ( in the background ). Can anyone help me?

If so just wrap scroll tags around image tags like this:

Erm.. I mean vertically..

But... how to put it in the sides of the forum... I want this image to scroll when the user scroll.. like the greeting message of the guests..

Do you mean on the side like this forums widgets? If you have widgets you can create a new blank widget and add the code to that. If you don't have widgets and just want it on the side (left,right?) that will be very difficult and require javascript considering you are using phpbb3.

I do not have widgets and I do not understand them. How to put scrolling images without widgets on phpBB3?
