Moving the forum data to a new host

Hi sorry if this question has an answer somewhere else.

Where is the forum data saved on forumotion? We have used it for a while but our group has decided to use a new server.

Could we get the data to import it to our new phpbb forum somehow?

short answer is no we do not have access to our forum data if you move to a different server you either have to move the posts you want manually or start over from scratch
