DNS settings on domain name ( take 2 )

I made a similar subject some time back, however closed it due to no longer needing it. the need has come again.

I'm trying to set up the dns settings to allow connection to other servers ( VoiP, and Gaming servers ) through the domain I've got through Forumotion.

Domain; Auv2.net

I want this done, who do I need to speak to?
