Solved Rights to new users

In order to allow a new user to post a link without waiting for 7 days? It is possible?

Hello paskasija,

To disable this feature navigate to..
Administration Panel > General > Forum > Security

Find the option 'Unauthorize members with less than a week registration to post external links and emails', tick 'no', and save.
