T.O.S.Is it allowed Hyperlinking in Banner to another Forum?

T.O.S.Is it allowed Hyperlink in Banner to another Forum which is not Free Forum

Please would this be allowed. My Free site have been established for over 5 years
 I would not want to have it deleted through ignorance.

I want to Partner my site to another Christian Site who is not with Forumotion
and place link in my Banner. They have already Placed in their Welcome Page My small Graphic
 to say THEY Partner with my site.
But as yet they have not included clickable link.

I cannot find if this would violate terms of use for me to say Partner with ******* and a clickable Hyperlink  to their Forum which is not at Forumotion .
I  actually am not PC savvy and may need help in how to do this in my Admin Panel which would probably be needed in another post if this is acceptable.

You can have links on your forum leading to another site so this shouldn't be an issue. The only issue that could arise would be if that link lead to a site that violated the terms of service.

As stated above, you should be allowed to link to another forum in your banner provided that it does not link to a forum which breaks our terms of service. The content of your forum should also be following our TOS.
