Lost Admin Password

hi, i need major help please, i have lost my Admin password and have no way of logging into it.
After i finished with my Forum i deleted my secondary admin status which i mainly used to look after my forum. I have since tried to recover my Admin password only to find out it is locked from receiving it.
This forum i have is now a couple of years old and looks very good.

Thank you for reply, but as i can't login as Admin i can not unlock "safety option" to send password   and i read that section before i sent you a PM.
