Help me! I lost my admin password!!! Empty Help me! I lost my admin password!!!

I forgot my admin password and I cannot reset new one by email because of this: The security 'Disallow admin to send new password' is active in Admin Panel > General Admin > Security. 
So I create this topic to ask for your help.
Please help me! Thank you very much!
