Hey,i wanna only 8 post per pg in Topics,coz,wen Memberz posting imgs in topic ,den,pg getting so load.

Normal members cannot delete topics/messages unless you placed them in a group with moderating permissions.

When you create a forum or edit one, there are option to check or uncheck for editing, deleting, etc. post/messages.  When you are in the forum's permission page make sure that you are in the advanced mode to see all the options.

I mean,memberz cant dlt their own Posts,i want only Mod n Admin can dlt Posts .bt,how ?

Try this:  ACP --> General --> Forum --> Configuration -> click this button on the forum that you don't want them to delete posts    --> Advanced --> Delete its own messages and attachments --> untick the box next to members.
