Founder passwords

Good morning, I am the founder of our Forum and one of the Admins has deleted part of the forum by mistake "New Admin" My problem is this: The original email address used is no longer in use and I not only have forgotten the password but am unsure of the user name.

The forum in question is: lyddmfclub forumotion. and I created the forum with the username : Ironside 207/12/31 I have tried all kinds of passwords I use on other sites but no luck.
As I am unable to post links this is difficult and only hope you can help with the information given.

For clarification you can contact me on the forum under Main-Admin as I keep this as a separate user and log in with just Ironside.

Please can you help so that I can retrieve the lost data.

That is also my problem, the original email address used is no longer in use... So I am unable to use this system of retrieval.

What I really need is for someone to contact Me on our forum with the relevant details.

But at present I am unable to post links.

when posting a link if you put a gap in some of it it will let you post the link

State this in the pm and tell Buttercup the email address you are using now. You still need to know the original email address.
