Hey guys!  Looking for a little bit of help.  I'm looking for a way for applicants interested in joining my clan to go to an HTML page, fill out a questionaire (some text boxes, some multiple choice box selection) and hit a submit at the bottom.  When they submit, I'd like a new topic to appear in the applications forum complete with questions and answers.  I'm not sure how difficult this would be.  I just know I've seen it done on other forums (not forumotion though.)  Any help would be greatly appreciated!
