False Litigation Report
Hi there, I'm a founder of a fictional, RP based forum and lately we've been receiving abuses by former members (completely false of course). I did a quick search here and found that the problem is quite common so our staff just moved the abuses to done but now we see a litigation being filed and we're pretty sure its by the same (peeved) person.
Seeing as we didn't break any TOS, I'm not unduly worried but I just wanted to confirm we wouldn't be shut down without due warning. We're a fictional, RP site so clearly part of the content we write in character might be offensive to some people (Harry Potter in general tends to offend some folks) though we have strict rules about the difference between fiction and how members should treat each other OOC with respect and good spirits.
Basically the people complaining are those who were on our site for a while and fell out with other members for whatever reason. And are now threatening to shut us down by using the litigation function.
Any help/input/insight would be greatly appreciated.

As long as your forum doesn't break the TOS then you'll be fine

Re: False Litigation Report
Thank you. That's what I thought from my initial searches but I was worried that the previous members would try to take advantage of the "fiction" aspect of our site and denote that as harmful content (which by the way, comes with strict warnings. We have a rule that states any content that is above a general rating must be labelled as such in topic titles). Thanks for the help again.
Should I mark this thread as solved?

Yes you can mark it as solved.
As long as you don't have any content that breaches the FM TOS then you'll be fine.
