Solved Latest topics table - Problem

Hi today i follow guide for make table with Latest Topics 
i do it on one forum but i can't do it on my own forum and i don't know why... 
How it look on my Forum:

Any idea why i can't do it on my forum? maybe someone know how to fix it?


#Edit okay i fix the problem,the solution is:
Panel Admin > Display >
Latest topics table - Problem Question2 Force the default templates : No
