how can i restore the forum

how can i restore my forum just in case my co-admin deleted or make a mess in my forum. for example we had a disagreement and he decided to destoy my forum how can i restore it from the time before he did?

The only way someone else can delete the forum is if they use the founder account.  The founder can only see that option in the administration panel.  There are certain areas of the administration panel that only the founder can see.

[size=14.44444465637207]i know and i've seen this to my forum admin panel it just that i dont dare clicking it because im afraid that my forum will revert or restore to time or date that i never expected, like for example what if today my partner destroy and make my forum into mess like deleting some sort of topics that is very important to my forum or changing the themes to something. is there a choices that i can pick a date when i want to restore my forum or should i make a backup first before i can restore my forum?[/size]
