Re: Cant access forum
Hello
You can access to your forum via: http://turbosonata.forum-motion.com/admin
You set up a CNAME http://www.turbohksonata.com/ that doesn't work.
Please access to your administrative panel and see what's happen with your CNAME. I think the problem comes from it

Re: Cant access forum
Apparently Forumotion only will allow one domain to point to it via cname in dns. This isn't helpful when switching between two custom domains.
Solution:
1. Setup your new domain name. Point it to the default forumotion name. Configure your forum under the forum name section.
2. Point your old root domain (no www) to redirect to your new custom name. Make sure there is a " A Host" record.
3. Point all old subdomains such as WWW to your old root domain via cname. The root is denoted as @.
Finished
