Can't access forum without www

Hi, I've got an external domain for my forum. Only problem is, that people can't access forum without www.

www.faval.eu - works
faval.eu - doesn't work

when you ordered the domain. did you manually add www. as a part of your new domain?

See I'm different, I can only access on the WWW as otherwise I get 'page unavailable' error.

i belive that they will get the workign link through google if they search for it.

No, just connected it in the ACP.

The problem is if you get the name from some one else and not from FM then there is not a lot we can do about it.

FM only accept CNAME records.

You must ask where you bought the domain to get yourdomain.com redirect to www.yourdomain.com
And then a CNAME entry for www.yourdomain.com --> basicurlwithouthttp.forumotion.com

Guys coming from yourdomain.com would be redirected to www.yourdomain.com then brought to your forum.
