Domain name expired but can't purchase it again, even though it's available

Hi, can a mod please PM me regarding my forum. My Forumotion domain name expired some months ago, and I wish to purchase it again for another year. I have bought the credits, but the Admin Panel tells me that the domain name is in use so I can't use it. But the URL is not taken -- it still redirects to a placeholder Forumotion page.

Can someone please message me about this problem?

I'll report this to our Pro Admin who might be able to retrieve the domain name and reactivate it to be re-bought.

It is possible to re-buy the domain name as it is always on our Domain name account. Do you allow us to use your 1600 credits to buy the domaine name?
