Another "suspicious activity" problem for user

User's getting the "suspicious activity on your account" message, tries the form to fix it but it doesn't work. Please let me know what to do. Thanks!

Can you provide me with the following:

Code:

Username of the complainant on the forum
Email address of the account
IP of the complainant

Can you sent this via PM to myself?

Also he is just a member correct? And its when he logs in?

This is being dealt with via PM.

Topic will be marked solved upon correction of the issue.

It should be fixed now. We believe the cause was because his IP address was changing so frequently that it might have gotten caught up in our anti spam system.
