User can't get in. suspicious activity message

Good afternoon,

One of our forum users has been locked out of their account with the following message

,We have detected suspicious activity related to your account. To unblock it,
please click here and complete the form.,

Click here to return to the Index

Unfortunately, completing the form does not seem to help her.

If possible can this be unlocked. This issue is the client travels a lot and they have employees that work from different locations so I'm wondering if this is what triggered the issue.

Any help much appreciated.

Hello We have now unbanned Duncan from our servers please ask your member to Clear there browser Cache before logging in.

then this should be ok from now on
